Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide specialized physical therapy services within a K-12 educational setting, supporting students physical development and functional abilities. This contract position runs from July 30, 2025, to May 29, 2026, aligning with the school year calendar.

Key Qualifications :

  • Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in healthcare and school environments
  • Skilled in implementing individualized treatment plans suitable for school-aged children
  • Familiarity with educational and therapeutic regulations and documentation
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible daily schedule to meet student needs

Location : Greenwood, Indiana services will be provided across multiple schools, including early childhood, elementary, intermediate, middle, and high school levels.

Responsibilities :

  • Assess and evaluate students physical therapy needs in coordination with school staff and families
  • Develop and implement physical therapy intervention plans tailored to individual student goals
  • Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and outes
  • Manage an estimated caseload of 5-6 students, adapting as necessary with IEP transitions
