The MCCDC Staff are committed to providing children with the best experience possible. Parts of that experience are the meals and snacks we provide throughout each day. As such, our Food Service Tech II preps, cooks, and serves nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snack everyday for children 0-5 years old. A Food Service Tech II is responsible for creating recipes and menus, keeping inventory of food and food services supplies, and creating orders on a weekly basis. General Description :
The incumbent will, under supervision of the Child Care Center Director, implement the food service program. Responsible for efficient and timely preparation and serving of meals and snacks for children and adults. Maintain center kitchen and equipment in an orderly, safe and sanitary condition. Preparation of reports to fulfill the requirements of the State and Federal Food Program.
