HVAC Techs and Installers

Pay Ranges : $17 - $38 per hour Depending on Position and Experience + Great Benefits!

  • Hourly pay ranges :

Service Tech : $25 - $38

Maintenance Tech : $20 - $25

Lead I nstaller : $21 - $28

Installation Helper : $17 - $21

    • M aintenance Tech s need to possess the following attributes :

  • HVAC Maintenance Experience
  • De pendability
  • Professionalism
  • Effective c ommunication skills
  • Perform ba sic service call
  • Ability to Work Independently
  • Ability to replace b ad or faulty pa rts
  • Perform p roper maintenance on furnaces, b oilers, air conditioners, heat p umps, water heaters a nd generators
  • Ability to communicate with company phone
  • Ability to use company van, company phone and iPad

    • Service Tec hs need to possess the following attributes :

  • HVAC Service Experience
  • De pendability
  • Professionalism
  • Effective c ommunication skills
  • Ability to Work Independently
  • Ability to perform d iagnostic calls on furnaces, b oilers, a ir conditioners, d uctless systems, water heaters a nd generators
  • Ability to repair a nd / or replace faulty parts
  • Knowledge of ge othermal systems a p lus
  • Work O n-call shifts
  • Ability to use company van, company phone and iPad

    • Job Description - Lead I nstaller :

  • Establish a nd manage the relationship with the customer d uring the residential installation p rocess i n a courteous, p rofessional manner
  • De pendability i s necessary
  • Ability to p rofessionally i nstall the following e quipment : furnace, a ir conditioner, h eat pumps, b oilers, water heaters a nd ge nerators
  • Ability to test systems a fter i nstallations is required
  • Explain the operation of the newly i nstalled HVAC system to the customer
  • Ability to communicate with company phone

    • Job Description -Installation Helper :

  • Manage the relationship e stablished between Sales a nd the customer d uring the residential i nstallation p rocess.
  • Assist the C rew Leader on Installations a s directed
  • C ontinue to lea rn a ll a spects of the i nstallation p rocess from Installation Leader.
  • De velop a ll Installation skills pertaining to C apital Heats product offering.
  • Learn how to operate a ll e quipment small or la rge based on Capital Heats product offering.

    • Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Experience required and preferred for Installation Helper
  • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Must have an honest and dependable personality
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Strong ability to distinguish between various HVAC equipment
  • Self-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team
  • Must have a valid drivers license

  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
