Job Description

Lead the financial planning and analysis processes for commercial banking business lines.

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies.

Prepare detailed financial models to support business decisions and growth initiatives.

Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Develop and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.

Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial excellence and operational efficiency.
