Return Operations Specialist AMEC

Drive market return process improvements and optimize ServiceMax integration across our Americas operations.

Your role :

  • In this role, you'll lead initiatives to improve and standardize market return processes, focusing on exception management, supply chain setup, and alignment with market operations.
  • You will play a key role in integrating ServiceMax into return processes, ensuring a seamless connection with existing tools and systems.
  • You'll provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for projects impacting the Reverse Supply Chain, ensuring best practices and optimized process design.
  • You'll collaborate with internal and external partners to improve performance metrics and strengthen the efficiency of the market return flow.
  • You will develop, document, and maintain return process 'blueprints' and oversee quality assurance activities executed by Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) providers.

You're the right fit if :

  • You've acquired at least 5 years of experience in supply chain management operations within a global organization, preferably in a return supply chain or service environment.
  • Your skills include strong analytical and process improvement capabilities, proficiency in SAP R / 3 (Sales & Distribution, Materials Management), and knowledge of ServiceMax (preferred).
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Business Economics, Operations, or a related field.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You're an effective communicator in English, skilled at cross-functional collaboration in a virtual, multicultural environment, and comfortable partnering with BPO providers and regional teams. Fluency in Spanish and / or Portuguese is a plus.
  • How we work together :

    We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

    The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $84,000 to $134,400. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.     At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN.
