• Implement minor and major changeovers on the production floor with Lyle Thermoforming and OMG equipment?
• Manage the loading and removing of mold inserts both offline and online?
• Document changeover events with precision and coordinate with Quality and Supervision for seamless production line releases?
• Engage in basic extrusion operator tasks to solve inline changeover issues?
• Repair molds and trim tools to guarantee uninterrupted production flow?
• Conduct general maintenance on thermoforming and labeling automation equipment?
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for swift production line recovery?
• Execute initial set-ups and establish high-quality first-run parts?
• Continue to monitor the manufacturing process and address any shortfalls in OEE targets?
• Log your work, labor hours, and parts usage in the CMMS system?
• Maintain daily housekeeping?
• Demonstrate independence and initiative in your tasks?
• Pick up additional duties as assigned?
