Corporate Interior Project Manager / Estimator - North Dallas

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager / Estimator who has a proven track record in corporate interiors and office renovation projects valued between $1M and $10M .Blayze Recruitment is partnering with a leading General Contractor in Dallas that specializes in corporate interiors and office renovations , including high-end tenant finish-outs and branded interior spaces. What Youll Be Doing

  • Lead estimating and project management for corporate interior and office renovation projects valued between $1M and $10M
  • Manage contracts, budgets, procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and change orders
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
  • Ensure quality, cost, and schedule objectives are consistently achieved
  • Partner with clients, architects, and designers to deliver premium interior buildouts

What Were Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience working with a General Contractor
  • Strong background in corporate interiors and office renovations
  • Proven experience delivering projects valued $1M$10M
  • Excellent estimating and project management capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Procore / Bluebeam a plus)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial, client-focused mindset with a drive to deliver results
