As Manager, Enterprise Procurement, you'll play a key role in advancing our Supplier Intake and Refresh Program, with a focus on Master Service Agreements. You'll lead contract assessments, coordinate cross-functional reviews with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams, and develop negotiation strategies that align with Enterprise Procurement goals. This role will also lead and support vendor negotiations and relationships.

Core Responsibilities

• Support Supplier Intake, review new supplier needs, perform supplier diligence screens.
• Lead agreement refresh engagements and contracting activities.
• Update activity and status for the assigned portfolio.
• Update agreements per guidelines.
• Ensure supplier terms are aligned with engagement risks.
• Develop negotiation strategies to ensure agreements are updated with little business disruption.
• Track and escalate risk throughout the agreement refresh process.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify alternative suppliers when needed.
• Recommend process and provision changes to further streamline and optimize operations.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
