Project Manager
Position Overview : We are seeking a top-tier Project Manager to oversee large-scale industrial projects throughout Louisiana. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and extensive experience managing complex, multi-million dollar industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of large-scale industrial projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate multiple work crews (50-200+ workers) across various disciplines
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Interface with client representatives, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Conduct regular progress meetings and provide detailed project reporting
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate logistics, equipment, and material procurement
- Oversee project documentation and change management processes
