This is a
high-visibility

What You'll Do
Gather and review patient documentation to verify eligibility for
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
treatments
Coordinate with outside providers to obtain relevant
medical records and patient history
Prepare, submit, and follow up on
insurance authorization requests
Manage and organize
incoming faxes and patient documentation
Represent and advocate for patients during
clinical review calls with insurance providers
Ensure all documentation is accurately entered into the
Electronic Health Record (EHR)
system
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support efficient patient care
Perform other administrative and operational duties as needed

in documenting patient and insurance information
Confidence using
online systems, EHR platforms, and computer tools
Preferred (Not Required) :
Experience in
medical authorization, insurance coordination , or a healthcare administrative role
Familiarity with TMS, behavioral health, or prior authorization processes
