Bookkeeper - Sage 300 Experience Required

Location : West Hartford, CT (Fully Onsite)

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Record and manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly

Prepare and maintain financial reports, general ledger entries, and payroll records

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes

Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures

Collaborate with management and external accountants as needed

Qualifications

Sage 300 experience is required - candidates without it will not be considered

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role

Proficiency in accounting software (Sage 300 and preferably QuickBooks) and Excel

Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

Excellent organizational and time management skills

High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
