Senior Manager, Financial Due Diligence

As part of the Acquisition Advisory team you are expected to provide financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to large company and private equity fund clients. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are expected to interview executive management at target companies and assess a target company's quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows.

What you must have includes a bachelor's degree, seven years of experience, active CPA in the current work office, chartered accountant in great standing, MBA through an accredited university, or CFA credential.

Travel requirements are up to 60%. The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
