Acquisition Specialist Mid - Install

Tyto Athene is searching for an Acquisition Specialist Mid - Install to support Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I), Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations Program Office (PMW 120), providing support in the installation planning of PMW 120 systems. Assist in coordinating activities between program management, Program Executive Offices, customer, and subcontractor by participating in program reviews and associated events. Assist in identifying and resolving new issues that arise relating to changes with the planned delivery / installation of systems.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
• Produce accurate and timely reporting of program installation status.
• Identify, analyze, report and develop mitigation steps for program risks.
• Maintain artifacts for system baseline, configuration management and architectural / operational views to assist customer with decisions regarding roadmaps and long-term strategy.
• Interact with customer leadership to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and follow up and make scheduled call backs to customer leadership and partners where necessary.
• Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
