Overview
Based in Northern, VA, Axiologic Solutions LLC has opportunities for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking an IT Operations and Platform Analyst to support the Cyber & Enterprise Operation Division and Enterprise Management Branch's Service Management Office (SMO) to advise and guide SMO team on maintaining and improving IT Platform as well as providing oversight to the operational posture of the Agency's Service Now system.
Responsibilities
- Oversight activities for IT Operations to include break-fix trend analyst, change management, and requirements management.
- Provide oversight and guidance to open incident management queue ensuring the incidents are addressed in a timely manner.
- Provide detailed guidance to the development and operations team for maintaining a positive operational status.
- Participate in the sprint-demonstration process to identify potential impacts to operational status of the Agency's Service Now system.
- Review and comment on technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to support, monitor, test and troubleshoot software and hardware problems related to platform.
- Coordinate with the Service Now Senior Account Manager on all open Issues, Cases and Problems and provide oversight to SMO's integrator.
- Monitor the health of the platform using Splunk and Amazon Web Services; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational service levels.
- Other tasks as required.
Qualifications
Must have an active / current TS / SCI and be able to pass a CI Poly.12 Years of experienceA bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.Excellent oral and written communication skills with customer, team, and leadership.Experience with Splunk and Amazon Web Services.Preferred Qualifications
CISSP, Network+ or other relevant certificationsTravel Requirements
Travel may be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.
Level of Responsibility
Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative / operational needs.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent basis.This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m.Other Duties
