• Input and maintain accurate sales data into the CRM and other relevant systems.
• Verify and cross-check data entries to ensure consistency and precision.
• Provide support for revenue operations by organizing and updating key data records.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth data flow and reporting.
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards and adhere to data protection guidelines.
• Prepare and manage reports based on entered data to assist in business decision-making.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entries to maintain accuracy.
• Utilize Excel and other tools to organize and analyze data effectively.
• Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support ongoing data entry projects while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Proven experience in data entry with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales or revenue operations processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project timelines.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and reliability.
• Previous experience with numeric data entry is a plus.
