SUMMARY

The Regional Administrative Support will provide administrative assistance to the Regional Office (e.g., drafting memos, preparing presentations, answering email inquiries and voicemails), manage projects of all sizes, assist with the communications and meeting logistics for the Region's Action and Family Councils, work with internal staff to compile regional data, input data and maintain databases, and fulfill other duties as assigned.

This position has no supervisory duties.

EQUIPMENT / SOFTWARE REQUIRED

Use of computer, phone, printer and basic office equipment. Operating systems include / but not limited to : Outlook, Zoom, Airtable, Microsoft Teams, Google Docs etc; Microsoft Office software

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently. Any additional language skills are a plus.
