Position

Track & Field Head Coach at Napa High School

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily practice sessions and manage a five-week season beginning in April.
• Plan and execute practices and competitions, including travel to away games.
• Develop positive relationships with parents and players; coordinate an end-of-season awards recognition.
• Manage equipment and support student-athlete development both on and off the field.
• Apply knowledge of character building, adolescent psychology, nutrition, risk management and the rules and strategies of track & field to coaching practice.
