A description of our clinic :

• Clinic Hours : Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Flexibility for a 4-day work week
• Shared Call : 10 days / month, covering both FM w / OB and newborn care
• Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and leadership support to support an autonomous practice
• Clinical responsibilities to include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, women's health including prenatal, obstetric, C-sections and deliveries, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest
• Cohesive, motivated team environment
• Located on the Banner Page Hospital campus
