JOB SUMMARY

Provide clinical supervision to all BBS registered staff, student interns, including individual and group supervision, clinical assessment guidelines, in-service training, and clinical consultation. Collaborate with participating schools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Weekly individual and / or group clinical supervision for BBS registered staff and interns. Other staff and interns as assigned.
• Clinical assessment guidelines, clinical assessment skills reviews and consultation resource.
• Collaborate with schools, attend required training, maintain communication, and reports.
• Provide in-service training and ensure client clinical needs are being met.
• Review staff charting for completeness and compliance with standards of care.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation as contractually required and meet minimum billable requirements for direct client services.
• Maintain confidentiality of client’s care.
• Participate in scheduled program meetings.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.
