job_description.job_card.job_descriptionHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent Current Notary License for state of Arizona Strong communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience with video conferencing / database platforms Excellent working knowledge of Google Workspaces / Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.) Qualified candidates must have a full and complete understanding of the legal process and requirements for the state of Arizona as well as basic national knowledge. A webcam, headset, and computer are needed as well! The pay range for this hourly position is $20-$25 / hr; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

About the Position : This position is primarily remote, but may need to attend in-person proceedings in Phoenix, Arizona, and reports to the Senior Operations Manager.
Responsibilities :
Assisting with live stenographic Prevail depositions / sessions, which include :
- Recording on Prevail platform
- Deposition Read on / Swearing in Witness
- Marking and maintaining Exhibits
- Monitoring and managing the session
- Assisting any sessions with technical / administrative needs
