Key Responsibilities
Provide technical customer support experience for the company's product
Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues through collaboration and best practices
Design and implement scalable solutions for support through automation
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support or related roles
1+ year of experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Experience in reading or debugging code in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux operating systems
Experience with Kubernetes and cloud computing environments
