Lead Estimator

A company is looking for a Lead Estimator.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and complete cost budgets, estimates, and bid package documents

Review bid packages and develop quantity take-offs and cost estimates

Provide leadership to estimating personnel and ensure all documents are maintained for backup

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years of experience estimating large scale Structured Cabling and Low Voltage System projects

Experience in developing cost estimates using various contracting methods

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore)

Preferred certifications include BICSI RCDD, BICSI RTPM, AASPE CPE, and AACE CEP
