Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Details :

• Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision making skills
• Works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provides health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention
• May care for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly based on expertise
• Requires Master's degree in nursing for NP positions
• Requires Bachelor's degree in health / science-related field for PA positions
• Must maintain current state licensure as RN and NP (for NP positions)
• Must maintain current state licensure as Physician Assistant (for PA positions)
• Current CPR certification required
• National certification in applicable area required
• Must complete facility credentialing process prior to practice
