About the Facility :

25-bed Critical Access Hospital

Pharmacy team of 5 : including 3 Technicians, 1 Staff Pharmacist, and 1 Director

Community-focused, patient-centered care model

Schedule & Hours :

Monday through Friday, daytime shift

8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM (40 hours / week)

On-call required every other weekend

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee pharmacy operations in an inpatient environment

Support infusion center by preparing IV and chemotherapy medications

Conduct medication checks and verification

Participate in interdisciplinary rounds with clinical teams

Handle accurate medication order entry and processing

Required Qualifications :

Active Pharmacist License in Colorado

Hospital inpatient experience is mandatory

Familiarity with Epic preferred

Current BLS certification required

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
