Independently Licensed Counselor / Therapist (LCSW, LPCC Required)

Job Description

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) will perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans for individuals, groups, and families dealing with substance abuse or mental health issues.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic models (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) to plan and adjust interventions based on patient progress.
• Collaborate with patients and treatment teams to create comprehensive care plans and monitor treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of screening, treatment, progress, and discharge summaries.
• Provide services in various settings, including crisis situations, and participate in supervision, team meetings, and court hearings as needed.
• Stay current with field developments, ensure compliance with policies, and complete all required documentation timely.
• Full-time position offering a salary between $62,500 and $85,000, with benefits including paid time off. Schedule is Monday to Friday, day shift, in Cynthiana, KY, requiring in-person work and relocation prior to start.
