A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to manage inbound calls and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Ensures quality customer service for internal and external customers
Handles incoming phone calls and assesses provider needs regarding third-party liability
Maintains timely, accurate documentation for all phone call interactions
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ year of telephonic customer service experience
Basic Microsoft Office experience, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to work full-time Monday - Friday with flexibility for shift schedules
