Job Summary
Maintenance Lead Technician performs on-site or in-house servicing, repair and / or replacement of company product(s). This job may include any aspect of field support including hardware and software troubleshooting and repair / replace of electronic toll collection equipment, systems, and wiring; upgrades, modifications, programming; preventive and corrective maintenance actions; documentation.
Responsibilities
- Repairs / replace equipment including but not limited to cameras, detectors, controller cabinets.
- Connects and configures equipment to make equipment work correctly.
- Troubleshoots equipment including but not limited to cameras, detectors, controller cabinets.
- Tests devices to ensure they work correctly.
- Prepares logs to keep track of field conditions and installation activities.
- Coordinates and manages subcontractors.
- Supervise / mentors / trains less experienced technicians.
- Responds to corrective maintenance requests within an acceptable time frame.
- Completes paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Completes reports, logs and performs shift-to-shift communications in accordance with established policies, procedures and local practices.
Education
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This is a safety sensitive position subject to pre-employment drug testing including THC.
