ABA Intake & Follow-Up Specialist (Lawrence)

Type : Part-Time (Remote OK)

Compensation : $20 / hour + commission

Hours : 4 hours / day, MondayFriday (20 hours / week)

Position Overview :

Were hiring 3 part-time ABA Intake & Follow-Up Specialists to help call, qualify, and convert inbound leads. This is a high-impact role where the money is in the commissions youll get bonuses for every lead that turns into a patient.

Youll be responsible for following up quickly, collecting key info (like Medicaid cards and evals), and keeping leads moving in our CRM. Well train you, give you scripts, and support your success but were looking for hungry, proactive team players.

Pay Structure : $20 / hour base pay

As well as Performance-based commissions per qualified patient

Key Responsibilities :

Call and text new leads quickly after they inquire online

Ask intake questions (diagnosis, insurance, age / location, etc.)

Collect required documents (e.g. Medicaid card, evals, diagnosis reports)

Track leads inside our CRM pipeline and update their status

Follow up daily with leads until theyre qualified or disqualified

Flag leads or issues to our internal team

Requirements :

Strong English speaking skills with a friendly, confident phone presence

Comfortable calling and texting dozens of leads per shift

Reliable, organized, and able to follow up consistently

Able to follow scripts and internal SOPs

Experience with intake, healthcare, or ABA is a big plus (but not required)

Bonus : Sales experience or follow-up / hustle mindset
