This role involves greeting customers, providing excellent customer service, and gaining comprehensive knowledge of store operations, including store side, food service, and management duties. The position supports multiple stores within the district and works closely with the District Manager.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers professionally

Support store operations, including scheduling and inventory management

Perform cashier, stocking, maintenance, and food service tasks

Assist in training new staff

Learn managerial tasks such as cash balancing, invoicing, and ordering

Obtain Serve Safe certification and adhere to food safety standards

Travel between multiple store locations as needed

Communicate effectively with store and district managers

Additional Information
