A company is looking for an Escalation Response Specialist III to handle complaints and escalations from members or providers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely resolutions to escalated issues from various communication channels
Document, track, and respond to all assigned complaints and inquiries professionally
Analyze root causes of issues and collaborate with departments to implement enterprise-wide solutions
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
2 - 4 years of related experience preferred
Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to work experience
Experience with high-tier escalations and a healthcare background is highly preferred
Experience with executive escalation calls is highly preferred
