We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist with at least 5 years of previous clinical experience to join our sizeable, growing, and highly prominent family-oriented general dentistry practice in the Clairement / University City / Kearny Mesa neighborhoods of San Diego. Our Associate doctor will benefit from a strong and constructive office culture, significant production growth potential, opportunities to collaborate with other San Diego-based Doctors, CE sponsorship, and practice buy-in opportunities. Our practice is prominently positioned in high-traffic, retail-heavy shopping center in Eastlake. Its patients are cash, PPO and FFS only (no HMOs or Denti-Cal), and its equipment is-up to-date and in very good condition. Compensation is highly competitive and comprised of a non-recourse initial salary, monthly commissions, and monthly profit sharing.
