About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to the HR department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on HR professional looking to make an impact within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Assist with the full recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.

Support new hire onboarding and orientation; prepare new hire packets and ensure all documentation is completed.

Manage benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.

Process and manage payroll, including running reports for upper management.

Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.

Assist in employee relations by serving as a liaison between employees and management.

Oversee employee leaves of absence, including FMLA and Workers' Compensation.

Prepare HR-related documents such as employment offers, policy updates, and compliance materials.

Coordinate training sessions and internal HR events.

Ensure compliance with company policies and state / federal labor regulations.

Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 5 years of HR administration experience.

Payroll processing experience required.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software (e.g., Paycom, Paycor, BambooHR, SAP).

High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.

Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Benefits :

Competitive hourly rate : $24.00 - $29.00
