Quality Assurance Manager

gpac is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee one of our client's facilities south of Madison. This is a full-time, onsite role for someone who enjoys managing from the floor, not just the office, and has a passion for mentoring personnel.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and implement QA policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
• Oversee Quality Control Technicians; provide training and mentorship.
• Participate in customer and SQF audits.
• Review test results, pre-shipment checks, CCPs, GMPs, HACCP, and SSOPs.
• Direct inspection and sampling activities to ensure quality standards.
• Partner with Plant and Sanitation Managers on facility upkeep.
• Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues effectively.
