• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care activities and vital signs.\n
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control measures.\n
• Ensure a supportive and calming environment for patients and their families. Qualifications and\n\nExperience : \n\n
• At least 1 year of recent RN experience in a Med Surg setting.\n
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to handle a diverse patient population.\n
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.\n
