Role Summary
We are seeking a Junior Product Manager to join a fast-paced digital team focused on transforming CRM campaign execution and customer engagement. This role serves as both a strategic coordinator and a product-minded contributor, driving the success of digital CRM initiatives from concept to completion.
As a key liaison between marketing, digital, and engineering teams, you will manage campaign lifecycles, optimize CRM processes, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Your work will directly influence campaign performance, customer experience, and the evolution of digital marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns in partnership with Digital Product Managers.
- Draft campaign intent documents, define KPIs, and identify audience segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and implement effective CRM tactics.
- Monitor campaign trafficking and performance metrics, providing timely updates.
- Facilitate communication between digital and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Support and enhance the CRM intake process to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions for streamlined execution.
- Compile and present campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or CRM campaign coordination.Familiarity with CRM platforms and campaign analytics; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively across teams.Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
