Enrollment Advisor

A company is looking for an Enrollment Advisor to facilitate prospective students through the application process for their chosen university.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with prospective students via phone, email, or text regarding university programs

Support students through the admissions and registration process, ensuring they meet all requirements and deadlines

Track student progress and manage leads using a CRM system while achieving daily performance metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center

General knowledge of higher education and college admissions preferred

Technically proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to multitask
