We are seeking a Bookkeeper for a technology manufacturing company in Littleton, MA. This role will oversee the company’s daily financial operations, including accounting, payroll, and reporting, while providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Qualifications

- Associate Degree required
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledgerReconcile balance sheets, bank accounts, and inventory transactionsPrepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, reports, and analysesProcess journal entries, accruals, and expense allocationsMaintain accurate financial records and support month-end closingHandle payroll administration, including coordination with external payroll providersMaintain compliance with internal controls and assist with auditsGenerate reports and dashboards using SAP B1 for management reviewPerform general administrative tasks for the company as neededBenefits
