Job Title : Physical Therapist

Shift : Days

Hours per Shift : 8 hours, Monday-Friday, and every other Saturday 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Experience : Minimum 2 years of current experience required, inpatient experience required

License : State License required

Certifications : BLS (AHA) required

Must-Have : Doctorate required

Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred

Candidate must have their own vehicle

Description :

The physical therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services to clients.

The primary function is the provision of direct patient care.

This includes collaboration with other team members.

Participation in the development of the patient’s comprehensive plan of care is essential.

Experience with rehabilitation equipment including splints, orthoses, prostheses, wheelchairs, and ADL equipment is necessary.

Familiarity with modalities is also required.

Two supervisory signed references from within the past two years of employment are required.
