Introduction

Join our dynamic team as a key player in Technology Business Systems Consulting. We are seeking a dedicated individual to drive process improvements and tackle low to moderately complex challenges. This role involves research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, all while ensuring compliance and understanding of policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lead or participate in developing documentation or document publishing strategy, policy, and guidelines.
• Experience in establishing publication guidelines, conducting procedure audits and certifications, or managing procedure timelines and pipelines.
• Skilled in reviewing and editing material authored by others; able to design and develop technical project artifacts, job aides, and technical training materials for Windows and Mac OS and related products.
• Ability to complete quality control assessments of team work and recommend and document business procedures and best practices, identifying process gaps and offering alternatives.
• Experience serving as a team lead or escalation point; ability to collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
• Partner with clients to review audience needs and develop strategies to address technical documentation requirements.
