Job Description :

Parsons is seeking a talented and creative User Experience (UX) Engineer to support the development of multiple cloud-based capabilities. This role is essential in ensuring a consistent and cohesive user interface (UI) theme and style across various development teams, providing a holistic and seamless user experience.

What You'll Be Doing :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

Develop and maintain design guidelines, UI components, and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms and applications.

Requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, proficiency in design tools, and the ability to translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.

What Required Skills You'll Bring :

Minimum three years of experience in UX design and engineering, along with a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design standards are met.

Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces are essential. Salary Range : $86,700.00 - $151,700.00
