Local Travel Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Taos, NM

\nWeekly Pay : Up to $2,800 (Based on Experience)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse with strong home health experience, OASIS proficiency, and the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment.

\n Job Description : \n

\n\t

  • Deliver in-home nursing care to patients in accordance with individualized care plans\n\t
  • Complete comprehensive assessments using OASIS documentation standards\n\t
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wound care and chronic conditions\n\t
  • Provide education to patients and families regarding treatments and disease management\n\t
  • Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare team and ensure continuity of care\n\t
  • Utilize WellSky / Kinnser EMR for timely and accurate documentation\n\t
  • Travel within designated areas with mileage reimbursement provided\n

    • \n Education and Certification Requirements : \n\n \n\t

  • Active New Mexico RN license or valid Compact RN license \n\t
  • Current AHA BLS certification \n\t
  • Minimum 1 year of recent home health nursing experience \n\t
  • OASIS documentation experience is required \n\t
  • Experience with WellSky / Kinnser EMR preferred\n\t
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance required\n
