A Brief Overview
This role serves as a strategic partner to Global Portfolio Management (GPM) leadership, responsible for evaluating and reporting on the performance of the return-seeking portfolio. It involves cross-regional collaboration, tactical portfolio management, and integration of insights from internal and external asset teams. The position supports high-level strategic initiatives and ensures alignment of portfolio assessments with executive and board-level reporting.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with GPM leadership and the Head of GPM to evaluate project priorities and importance.
- Assess and report on the performance of the entire return-seeking portfolio.
- Coordinate across teams to capture expected returns from asset management partners, with a focus on private assets.
- Monitor portfolio trends versus plan, reforecast results, and support tactical shifts to meet strategic goals.
- Participate and report on strategic projects and initiatives.
- Partner with teams across the U.S., EMEA, and Asia Pacific to frame, plan, and execute key projects.
- Integrate assessments of external managers, minority stake investments, and internal asset management teams.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for private, public, and return-seeking assets.
- Support the Specialty Private Investment (SPI) committee with timely management of information, pipeline discussions, and materials.
- Align ongoing portfolio assessments with performance reporting for senior leadership and the Board.
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor's Degree in Arts / Sciences (BA / BS) in Economics / Finance related field2+ years relevant investment related work experiencePreferred

$87,050.00 - $131,450.00 Annual
Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
