Custodial Maintenance Worker

Sanctuary at False Cape is building an internal janitorial team to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of its beachfront condominium property. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with room for growth into lead or maintenance technician roles. You'll be responsible for maintaining common areas onlyno entry into private condo units.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain : lobby, office, lounge, event rooms; common bathrooms and hallways; parking garage and outdoor grounds
  • Perform janitorial duties : sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, surface cleaning
  • Assist maintenance team with : clearing spider webs and bugs, power washing outdoor walkways, general exterior upkeep
  • Report safety hazards or maintenance issues

Requirements

  • 12 years of janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience preferred
  • Must have own vehicle (location is remote in Sandbridge)
  • Comfortable working indoors / outdoors in various weather
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude

    • Compensation

  • Pay Rate : $17.00 $18.00 / hr
  • Bill Rate : $27.84 $29.11 / hr
  • OT Multiplier : x1.5
  • Duration : 5-month contract-to-hire
