The Quality Manager will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems at TRG and Inversion6 to ensure products and services meet customer, industry, and regulatory standards. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement, compliance, and quality assurance across all operational processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience managing quality in service-driven and technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management policies and procedures aligned with company goals and industry standards.
• Lead quality assurance and control activities, including audits, inspections, and root cause analysis.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including operations and engineering — to ensure quality standards are integrated throughout the offering lifecycle.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and certifications relevant to TRG and Inversion6 operations (e.g., ISO standards, data security regulations, etc.).
• Manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes to address non-conformities and improve process efficiency.
• Train employees on quality standards, best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Drive initiatives that enhance service reliability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
