The Quality Manager will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems at TRG and Inversion6 to ensure products and services meet customer, industry, and regulatory standards. This role is responsible for driving continuous improvement, compliance, and quality assurance across all operational processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience managing quality in service-driven and technology environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management policies and procedures aligned with company goals and industry standards.
- Lead quality assurance and control activities, including audits, inspections, and root cause analysis.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including operations and engineering — to ensure quality standards are integrated throughout the offering lifecycle.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and certifications relevant to TRG and Inversion6 operations (e.g., ISO standards, data security regulations, etc.).
- Manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes to address non-conformities and improve process efficiency.
- Train employees on quality standards, best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Drive initiatives that enhance service reliability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years' experience in quality management or assurance, preferably in technology, electronics, or manufacturing industries.Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001 or similar certifications.Proficient in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, CAPA); Lean and / or Lean Six Sigma Certification PreferredExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.Experience with audit processes and regulatory compliance.Physical Requirements
Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments as needed.May require occasional lifting of light materials and standing for extended periods.Job Details
