Job Title : Mid-level Associate - Employment Law

Location : Open to remote depending on experience and location

Salary : $140k - $170k Base

What You Will Be Doing

The Mid-level Associate will be responsible for cases within the area of Employment Law. Cases consist of PAGA and Wage & Hour claims, representing both individuals and class actions. The Mid-level Associate's workload will include taking depositions, attending mediations, trial prep and will require strong writing skills preparing legal documents.

What You Need for this Position

• Employment Law experience required, Plaintiff representation preferred
• Strong Writing Skills
