HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Sumter, South Carolina.

Title : X-Ray Technologist

Location : Sumter, SC

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Night, 4x10-Hour (20 : 30 - 07 : 00)

Job responsibilities and all required and preferred skills and requirements

  • Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
  • Utilize PACS and Epic EMR systems to accurately document and manage patient imaging data.
  • Ensure proper patient positioning, exposure techniques, and radiation safety measures.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide quality patient care.
  • Participate in on-call rotation (one weekend per month).
  • Maintain and operate imaging equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Provide patient care across all age groups as required.
  • May be required to float to other departments as needed.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 year of X-Ray Technologist experience (hospital experience preferred).
  • ARRT (R) certification required.
  • BLS and SCRQSA certifications required.
  • Experience using Epic charting system required.
  • Travel experience required.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in Level I or Level II trauma centers preferred.
  • Strong technical and communication skills.
