Join our dedicated Surgical Services team at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital where we deliver comprehensive surgical care in four operating rooms, including a dedicated C-section suite. Annually, we perform approximately 2000 cases, encompassing a wide range of specialties such as general surgery, gynecology, orthopedics, orthopedic trauma, and C-sections, as well as various endoscopy procedures. Our commitment to excellence ensures that patients receive the highest quality of surgical care in a supportive and advanced environment.

Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance will be offered. Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (e.g. BSN) or equivalent education and experience and Master's degree in nursing or other-related field (e.g., MSN / MBA / MHA).
• Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience and three (3) years of nurse leadership experience within Surgical Services.
• Current California RN license (or ability to obtain one in California).
