Psychotherapist in Private Practice (Buffalo)

Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to accurately diagnose mental disorders.
• Meet with individuals, families, and / or couples to provide personalized therapeutic interventions.
• Efficiently schedule and manage new client inquiries while maintaining an organized and effective schedule.
• Maintain detailed and accurate progress notes and treatment plans for each client to ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage in marketing efforts as needed to promote the practice and reach potential clients.
• Manage a caseload with flexibility, while maintaining a minimum of 10-15 client hours per week.
• Utilize psychotherapeutic techniques to facilitate mental healing and growth in clients.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills when interacting with patients and collaborating with colleagues to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
