We do things differently, and our key differentiators are kindness and excellence . We embed these values in our day-to-day work and look for them in our new team members.

About the team

After 13 years in Europe establishing ourselves as the leading partner to firms looking to hire junior talent we\'re now focused on growing our business in the United States. About the role

We're committed to working with underrepresented minorities who aspire to positions in financial services and have many initiatives and programs in the works which we\'d love your help with.

The kind of person who succeeds in this role is someone who enjoys talking to people, likes project-based work, and has the ambition to build (and be a key part of) a highly successful team.
