Maintenance Technician - $25+ / hr DOE!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our food manufacturing client to start immediately at $25+ / hr DOE!. Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities :
The Maintenance Technician will perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on production and support equipment. You will help ensure minimal downtime, safe operations, and ongoing improvements to maintenance processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on machinery (e.g. conveyors, thermoforming machines, motors, pumps, air systems)
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Diagnose root causes of machine failures and recommend improvements Fabricate, modify, or replace parts as needed (e.g. belts, gears, bearings)
- Assist with installation, commissioning, and testing of new or upgraded equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and reports
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas
- Work with operations, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement efforts
- Respond to emergency breakdowns when needed (though primary shift is set)
- Follow all safety procedures, lockout / tagout protocols, and regulatory compliance
Location : Indianapolis, IN
Schedule / Shift Details : Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 am – 4 : 00 pm
Qualifications : Required :
High school diploma or equivalent3+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenanceSolid mechanical aptitude and hands-on skillsetProficiency in electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsAbility to read electrical and mechanical schematicsExperience with PLCs, motor controls, drives, etc.Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsStrong safety mindset, familiarity with lockout / tagout and safe work practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skillsPreferred / Nice to Have :
Vocational / technical degree or certificate in industrial maintenance or similar fieldWelding, fabrication, or machining skillsExperience with extrusion, thermoforming, or PET processing equipmentPredictive maintenance experience (vibration, infrared, etc.)Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. TPM, lean maintenance)Benefits :
